The Italian manufacturer Aurora is known for producing excellent writing instruments with wonderful nibs and styling. The pens offered below are all fantastic examples of this manufacturers art. 

Aurora’s Dante Alighieri is a wonderful balanced dark green with gold accent pen. This is a slightly heavier pen than the Cellini above, but is still easy to hold for long periods due to the pen’s balance. 

The pen is presented in a green wooden case with natural satin lining. A limited run ink bottle is included as well. We have two of these fantastic pens for sale, but one is missing the ink bottle and will be priced accordingly.  

The cap is engraved with a portrait of Dante and trimmed with laurel leaves engraved in the vermeil capband. The barrel has similar bands of engraved vermeil and a plain vermeil band as well as one on the blind cap.  

Beautiful dark green lacquer covers the barrel and cap. The piston mechanism of this pen is smooth and includes a sight window so the user can tell when refill time approaches.

The nib is a typical smooth expressive Aurora 14k fine and is presented in gold to match with the rest of the pen.

Aurora’s Jubaleum is a beautiful cream crackle finish over gold based on the Optima series. Manufactured in a limited edition of 2000 pieces this pen is again based on an Optima piston fill pen. 

Presented in an Ivory presentation box to mirror the finish on the pen, with red velvet lining to coddle the pen.  

With gold trim on the cap and barrel this is a very nicely balanced writers pen. Easy to hold for long missives, the pen responds to the users touch effortlessly.  

The 18k gold nib is the usual Aurora perfection. Smooth and expressive this fine nib is sure to please.

Presented with beautiful engraved scrollwork and harps on the barrel and cap, the pen is very handsome.

This pen is sold without papers and presentation box. The pen has been inked, and is near mint. The pen has been flushed and ultrasonically cleaned to remove as much ink as possible.
