The Yard O Led Imperial Dragon, a limited edition of 1000 pieces world wide. The Sterling Silver pen is adorned with an engraved Dragon around the barrel and cap. The symbol of the Dragon  was the official symbol of the Emperor of China starting in the Yuan Dynasty and thus carries with it the implication of power which that position wielded. 

The pen is presented in a black box which includes a leather pen slip (which is not shown in the image below, bottle of ink and a desk base for display. 

The pens nib is a smooth fine two tone 18k. The section is engraved with Sterling Silver at the trim ring next to the nib. The clip is also stamped with the manufacturers name.

The Yard O Led Millenium Limited Edition from the year 2000. This edition numbered only 366 pcs world wide. Another fine example of Sterling Silver from Birmingham England. This is an impressive, hefty pen crafted from a solid silver bar.

The pens comes in a satin lined, beautiful wooden presentation box with a copy of the Yard O Led hallmarks as well as an ink convertor.

There is a small flaw in the silver on the clip at the bottom rivet, as is visible in the above image. The pen is marked with a serial number on the clip between the rivets. The year of issue, 2000, is stamped into the pen in two places. At the Cap top ring, and at the section as well. Additionally, the trim ring at the nib end of the section is stamped 925 Sterling. The nib is a fine, 18k Rhodium plated masterpiece, to match with the silver theme of the design.

The next pen is a Michel Perchin Blue and Gold. The pen is very hefty and has blue lacquer over a guilloche engraved base.

The pen comes in a wonderful wooden presentation box with plush lining, embroidered with the Michel Perchin name and logo. 

The nib is a very attractive two toned fine in 18k with the Michel Perchin elephant logo engraved into the nib.

The blind cap is covered in a floral pattern overlay while the cap top has an overlay reminiscent of a flur-de-lis.
